Job Title: Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst Financial Reporting Communications
Position Overview
Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst Financial Reporting Communications This is a full-time, in-person role located in Monsey with a salary range of $90k - $150k. The position requires a hands-on professional to manage transactions, oversee critical reporting systems, and communicate with external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Sales : Run all portfolio sales from start to finish.
Stakeholder Relations : Communicate with landlords, lenders, brokers, and attorneys.
Reporting Systems : Set up landlord reporting systems.
Audits & Tax : Run audits and handle tax preparations.
Legal Collaboration : Communicate with the legal team to keep transactions aligned.
Qualifications
Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst Financial Reporting Communications Candidates must have direct experience selling and purchasing 10+ million-dollar acquisitions in healthcare. Strong experience with data collections is required.
Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst Financial Reporting Communications Proven experience in providing and reading due diligence with brokers is mandatory. Candidates must be highly detail-oriented and possess good communication skills.
Compensation
Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst Financial Reporting Communications The salary range for this full-time role is $90k - $150k.
