Medical Coder II - Cardiac & Vascular Care
DaMar Staffing
DaMar Staffing is seeking a Coder II to assign diagnoses and procedures for Observation and Same Day Surgery medical records.
The role requires reviewing full records, understanding operative reports, and assigning principal diagnoses and CPT codes in line with Coding Clinic and official guidelines. A Health Information Management program or equivalent, plus 1 year of medical record coding experience, is preferred.
