Job Description What You Will Do Oversee front desk operations and act as the go‑to problem solver for guests and teammates. Handle guest check‑ins and check‑outs with accuracy, warmth, and flair. Support and train new front desk team members. Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally. Manage daily tasks such as event sheet distribution, business center support, and keeping the lobby guest‑ready. Qualifications Customer service experience. Experience in hospitality or leadership (preferred). High school diploma or equivalent. Tech savvy to use hotel systems confidently. Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet.
