Job Opportunity – Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool RN – Arizona

Start Date: September 28, 2026
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM); shift assignment determined during interview. Assignment runs through March 27, 2027.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in pediatric critical care
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or Diploma in Nursing
• Current Arizona RN license or compact state license with multistate privileges (or ability to obtain Arizona licensure prior to start date)
• Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association
• Current PALS certification from the American Heart Association
• Current Advanced NRP certification
• Level III or IV NICU hospital experience preferred
• Children's hospital experience preferred
