Responsibilities include developing age‑appropriate lesson plans, fostering social and emotional development, ensuring safety, potty training, and more. Key skills include excellent communication, patience, and the ability to create a positive learning atmosphere. Candidates should be comfortable working closely with parents and other staff members to support each child’s growth and development.
