Position Highlights:

Comprehensive Support: Mentorship program in place with current providers
Ideal Practice Setting: 4-day work week with no call, no weekends, and no holidays
Specialized Practice: 100% outpatient Gastroenterology
Patient-centric: 12-15 patients per day, chart prepper and AI scribes available

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive Salary: Guaranteed Base Salary up to $160,000
Sign-On and Relocation Bonus: $8,000
Productivity Bonus
Comprehensive Benefits: Full benefits and a 17% profit-sharing 401k
Paid Time Off: 4 weeks of PTO

Qualifications:

Degree: NP or PA
Licensure: Active license to practice in Oregon, or eligible to obtain one
Experience: Both new graduates and in-practice providers welcomed
