Position Highlights:
- Comprehensive Support: Mentorship program in place with current providers
- Ideal Practice Setting: 4-day work week with no call, no weekends, and no holidays
- Specialized Practice: 100% outpatient Gastroenterology
- Patient-centric: 12-15 patients per day, chart prepper and AI scribes available
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: Guaranteed Base Salary up to $160,000
- Sign-On and Relocation Bonus: $8,000
- Productivity Bonus
- Comprehensive Benefits: Full benefits and a 17% profit-sharing 401k
- Paid Time Off: 4 weeks of PTO
Qualifications:
- Degree: NP or PA
- Licensure: Active license to practice in Oregon, or eligible to obtain one
- Experience: Both new graduates and in-practice providers welcomed
