What You'll Be Doing

Prepare and present high-quality meals in line with resort culinary standards and guest expectations
Execute dishes with precision, ensuring consistency, flavor, and visual appeal
Maintain a clean and well-organized kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations
Coordinate food prep to align with peak service times, banquets, and special resort events
Support seamless communication between back-of-house and front-of-house teams
Prep ingredients for current and upcoming shifts with attention to efficiency and waste reduction
Address guest dietary needs and special requests with professionalism and care
Uphold the resort's commitment to exceptional service in every dish served

What We're Looking For

Minimum of one (1) year of cooking experience in a resort, hotel, or upscale restaurant setting
Culinary school degree or certification preferred
Strong teamwork skills and a guest-first mindset
Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
