Bankers Title Agency of Nebraska is seeking a Title Examiner in Omaha (in‑office). In this role, you’ll help ensure real estate transactions are built on a solid foundation by delivering accurate, timely, and dependable title services. What You’ll Do Review title searches and underwrite title commitments, policies, and endorsements in accordance with company guidelines. Provide professional support to clients, lenders, attorneys, and internal team members. Respond to questions regarding file status, title insurance products, and rate information. Open, track, and manage title orders throughout the production process. Coordinate closings and communicate with all parties to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing. Maintain vendor, lender, and file records to support efficient workflow management. Monitor turnaround times and maintain organized title records and back‑title files. Meet established production, quality, and service standards. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in Title Examination/Underwriting. Understanding of real estate transactions, title searches, and title insurance processes. Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret legal and property‑related documents. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
