Senior Accountant

Well‑established company experiencing a period of rapid expansion is looking to bring on a Senior Accountant to their Accounting Department. Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting including general ledger account reconciliations
• Develops forecasts using multiple assumptions
• Coordinates quarterly dividend payable with the Treasury Department
• Prepare journal entries for monthly close
• Prepares month‑end reports, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries and required items for financial close to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to defined standards
• Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules
• Assists with accounting‑related projects and accounting research on an as‑needed basis
• Records quarterly employee stock purchase plan transactions
• Maintain clear communication paths with stakeholders
• Performs other duties as assigned based on business needs

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in accounting
• Education: Requires Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
