Shift Leader Responsibilities Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate team members and set team morale. Open and close the store with minimal supervision. Focus on delivering a great guest experience and maintaining the quality of food and beverages. Ensure a safe and clean store environment and coach team members as needed.
