Assistant Manager Launch Family Entertainment
- Assist with daily facility operations and guest experience
- Support, train, and motivate team members
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational standards are maintained
- Help manage shift coverage, employee performance, and customer concerns
- Monitor attractions, restaurant operations, and overall facility flow
- Work closely with management to improve efficiency and drive results
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Previous management or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
