Shift Leader Responsibilities Coaching the staff to deliver amazing customer service Producing high quality food Delivering the Jersey Mike’s experience Cash handling Following the Learning Management System Training Program Enforcing policies and procedures Maintaining cleanliness and proper sanitation practices in the establishment Being certified in all four positions of the restaurant Effective communication Having a sense of urgency Moving or transporting up to 50 lbs without assistance unless a medical notation is made (or a temporary doctor's note with a time frame is provided, covered by the Americans with Disabilities Act) Having the ability to get to and from work Communicating with GM/AGM/DM of any issues they are having Leading by example in terms of quality of the food, interaction style, customer service, and arriving in a clean, fitted, and pressed uniform daily Creating food consistent with Jersey Mikes high quality standards Maintaining the restaurant to be noticeably cleaner than others Working in a fast‑paced team‑driven atmosphere Multitasking and working with a sense of urgency Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience Understanding the terms of accountability and integrity Serving as a Key Holder Performing all tasks related to opening and closing of store Knowing how to bake bread and perform all prep Managing and leading a crew of 2 to 5 people Proficient in slicing Qualifications Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer Must have reliable transportation #J-18808-Ljbffr 29039 Jersey Mike's Bellevue
