Overview We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated ABA therapist to join our team at KidzThrive ABA. As an ABA therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with ASD. Responsibilities Conduct one‑on‑one therapy sessions with clients using ABA techniques Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA Collect data to measure progress Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans Maintain clear and effective communication with families, supervisors, and other relevant parties Requirements Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent Ability to work flexible schedules including full‑time or part‑time options Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients, families, and team members Ability to follow instruction, work independently, and problem‑solve in a fast‑paced environment Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of client information Mandarin speaking a plus Benefits We offer the 40‑hour RBT training course Flexible hours Job Type Part‑time Pay Up to $26 an hour (based on education and prior work experience) Schedule Client sessions generally take place during the later afternoon hours and evenings, and are scheduled on most days of the week.
