Production/Assembly

Job Summary (varies by Department) Assemble parts according to specifications of shop orders. Work at various workstations as production needs require. Package vinyl/aluminum gates and fence sections according to orders. Clean work area, machines, tools, and equipment. Perform other routine duties as needed. Required Skills Basic math skills Must be able to follow directions Attention to detail Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen Pay rate varies by department. Employees are eligible for a raise after 60 days and again after 6 months of employment pending performance reviews. Weekly Production Bonus eligibility begins after 90 days of employment ($50 minimum per week) for qualified positions (eligibility determined by performance & attendance). Benefit Information Paid weekly All DSI employees receive a $15,000 life insurance policy after 60 days of employment paid for by the company. After 3 years of employment, DSI pays for 90% of an employee's health insurance premium.
