Associate Director, Field Care Model Operations

Field-based operational role supporting the Botox Complete franchise, focused on care model implementation, field team enablement, and Medicare/IRA policy readiness. The position embeds with regional teams to solve execution challenges, provide training, and translate policy changes into actionable field guidance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior field resource for care model implementation, supporting Field Reimbursement Managers through launches and feature rollouts
• Conduct regular field visits to observe execution, identify friction points, and provide real-time problem-solving support
• Develop and deliver training initiatives for field teams based on direct observation and regional best practices
• Translate IRA policy changes into practical field guidance, FAQs, and objection-handling materials in partnership with cross-functional teams
• Monitor care model execution consistency across regions and escalate operational gaps with recommended solutions

Requirements

• 7+ years in patient services, care model support, field reimbursement, or related pharmaceutical/biotech function
• Demonstrated ability to operate at senior level in matrixed, cross-functional environment
• Direct experience working within or alongside field-based teams in unstructured settings
• Working knowledge of patient support programs, HUB services, specialty pharmacy, and reimbursement dynamics
• Familiarity with Medicare and Inflation Reduction Act implications for specialty brands
• Strong ability to triage complex operational issues under pressure with excellent communication skills
• Willingness to travel 60–75% for regional field visits and national meetings
