Positive Behavior Health Developments (PBHD) is expanding, and we're looking for passionate, driven, and experienced board certified behavior analysts (BCBAs) to join our mission of delivering life-changing services to children and families.

What We're Looking For:
- Active BCBA certification and Medicaid provider number (required)
- Strong assessment-writing and clinical documentation skills
- Experience creating and overseeing individualized treatment plans
- Must speak, read, and write English proficiently
- Must have a Medicaid provider number
- Work as a contractor (1099 status)
- Familiarity with ABA software systems (e.g., ABA Matrix, CentralReach) is a bonus
- Client caseloads are manageable and designed with provider balance in mind
