Adaptive Home Health, LLC

Adaptive Home Health, LLC is hiring an Occupational Therapist to join our field-based, Texas-wide program. You will perform in-home evaluations, build care plans focused on ADLs/IADLs, safety, and functional independence, and coordinate with nursing and the care team to adjust care as conditions change. You will operate within a productivity-based model, earning per point, with support from an experienced clinical and operational team to minimize administrative burden while maximizing patient #J-18808-Ljbffr Adaptive Home Health, LLC
