General Manager – Flynn Group Flynn Wendy's, a leading franchise within the Flynn Group, is seeking a General Manager to lead one of its 190+ Wendy's restaurants across the District of Columbia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Utah, Virginia, and West Virginia. The company, founded in 1999, operates a diversified portfolio of iconic brands such as Applebee’s, Arby’s, Panera Bread, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Wendy’s, and Planet Fitness. - Lead and mentor the restaurant team, ensuring a strong Wendy’s culture.
- Manage all operational and financial aspects of the location.
- Drive customer satisfaction through high‑quality food and service.
- Set and exceed benchmarks for food quality, labor, service, safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a restaurant general manager, preferably in a quick‑service restaurant with a heavy drive‑through operation (e.g., Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Burger King, Arby’s, Taco Bell).
- Proven record of achieving operational benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
- Demonstrated passion for developing and leading high‑performing teams.
