Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years preferred License: State or Compact license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Travel experience preferred Interpretation of dysrhythmias skills required Experience managing cardiac drips (no titration) required Patient ratio experience of 1:6 required Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical Surgical. The position is for night shifts working 3x12-hour schedules. Two years of experience is preferred along with travel experience. Candidates must hold current ACLS and BLS certifications. The role requires the interpretation of dysrhythmias and management of cardiac drips. Nurses will be accountable for a patient ratio of 1:6 during their shifts. Experience with charting systems is required. This position involves caring for adults and geriatric patients with various diagnoses. Daily census is approximately 30 patients, with a total capacity of 36 beds. Additional interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy and respiratory services. Applicants must be ready to adapt to different patient needs and work as part of a team.
