You will identify and sign new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and more, and sell additional solutions to existing clients. Daily you will cultivate relationships, set appointments, gather leads from established business partners, assess client or prospect needs to present the best ADP solutions, and spend your time in the field closing business. No prior sales experience required; our training will teach you how to use the latest sales technology to set you up for success. Qualifications Positive Self‑Starter. Upbeat, persistent style; cold‑call without fear of rejection; manage time well and present ideas clearly on paper, in person, and over phone. Agile Solution Seeker. Problem solver who finds answers or solutions even amid fast‑paced change. Continuous Learner. Always learning, growing, and questioning how things were done to make them better. A college degree is great but not required. One to two years of prior work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or another relevant industry, OR military experience, is acceptable. Preferred Qualifications Prior quota‑carrying experience. Ability to build a network and use social media effectively for sales. Compensation and Benefits Base salary offers may vary by location, skills, and experience. Compensation may include bonus, equity, or commissions. Base salary range: USD $35,900.00 – USD $77,700.00 per year. *Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state, and local laws.
