Production Lead 1st Shift

A successful Manufacturing Lead for the Finishing & Trim Department / Molding Department is dependable, hands-on, and highly organized with the ability to motivate and guide a team in a fast-paced production environment. This person should have strong leadership skills, experience in manufacturing operations, and the ability to prioritize safety, quality, and productivity at all times. Key qualities include: Strong leadership and team-building skills Experience in finishing, trim, or molding operations preferred Ability to train, coach, and support employees Experience overseeing daily production operations and workflow Knowledge of safety procedures and quality standards Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage schedules, production goals, and employee performance Comfortable working alongside the team and leading by example Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience with manufacturing equipment, production reporting, and quality inspections preferred The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to keep employees motivated while ensuring production targets, product quality, and company standards are consistently met within the Finishing & Trim or Molding Department. #J-18808-Ljbffr
