Position at JBS USA company store SUpervisor Souderton, Pennsylvania GENERAL SUMMARY: Responsible for maintaining proper inventory control to maximize product freshness and availability, monitoring day-to-day store operations, Key Tasks and Responsibilities Establish and achieve the highest standard of store execution Maintain and replenish inventory, staying in communication with vendors Develop a plan strategically designed to bring in more customers and increase their basket size Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is presentable and can function properly Manage controllable costs to keep the store profitable Execute other related duties as assigned Physical Demands and Work Environment Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures – walk-in freezers Stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours Frequent movement within the store to access various departments, areas and/or products Restocking Shelves- Lifting more than 50lbs occasionally. Lifting up to 5lbs Frequently. Qualifications Work with integrity as a TEAM toward a common vision Be determined and deliver superior results with a sense of urgency, time management and prioritization Strong cognitive skills including problem analyzing Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Show dependability and commitment Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division Ability to meet seasonal peaks, workloads, and deadlines The availability to work a flex schedule, working various hours and shifts, including early mornings, evenings and, weekends/holidays.
