Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a variety of psychoeducational evaluations and comprehensive student assessments
• Analyze assessment data and deliver detailed, actionable evaluation reports
• Contribute your expertise during eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Partner and consult with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers to foster student growth
• Advise and implement academic, behavioral, and mental health interventions
• Participate actively in MTSS/RTI initiatives utilizing data-driven decision-making
• Maintain documentation that meets all state and federal compliance requirements
• Create and promote positive learning environments where every student can thrive

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s, Educational Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
• Current (or eligibility for) Virginia School Psychologist licensure/certification
• Exceptional communication, consultation, and assessment skills
• Strong collaborative abilities within multidisciplinary teams
• Previous school-based experience preferred—motivated new graduates are also encouraged to apply
