A bit about us: We are working with a reputable litigation firm in Houston that is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their probate litigation team! Location: Houston, TX (in the business district) Schedule: onsite Monday-Friday Billable Hour Requirement: 1800/year Why join us? Medical insurance Vision insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid maternity leave Paid paternity leave Disability insurance Job Details The Litigation Associate will: Handle hearings independently Take and defend depositions Prepare and respond to written discovery, and draft pleadings, motions, and briefing Assist with trial preparation and may serve as second or third chair at trial. Requirements: Active TX bar license in good standing Litigation experience Probate experience is highly desirable, although not required!
