Position Highlights:

• Contract assignment spanning August 31, 2026, through June 14, 2027
• Work 0.2 FTE, approximately 8 hours per week, aligning with an optimal work-life balance
• Serve students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12, emphasizing intervention and progress in high school populations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including educators, administrators, and related service staff

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings is preferred
• Strong ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a diverse range of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with students, families, and staff
• Effective organizational skills to manage documentation and caseload

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech-language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services per IEP goals
• Maintain detailed records of student progress and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide staff and parent education as needed for carry-over of strategies beyond the therapy setting
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education requirements
