In this role, you will be responsible for sorting, retrieving medical records and burning in CDs post mailing contents to destination

• Retrieval of medical records
• Customer record look up
• Health source queue management
• Burning medical records on CDs
• Managing sensitive medical information
• Reporting capabilities
• Performance Dashboards

  Minimum Qualifications

  • Self-motivated
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Ability to work within deadlines
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time
  • Must be computer knowledgeable to burn CDs

  Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • A High school degree or equivalent required
  • Relevant work experience recommended

  The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$35,350 to $37,400]. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
