You understand card programs, payment rails, and credit-based solutions—and you're comfortable selling to CFOs, Treasurers, Controllers, and Finance executives. You bring a mix of commercial instincts, financial acumen, and the ability to translate client needs into integrated payments and credit solutions.You will:Drive new revenue across payments solutions, including card programs, payments technology, and credit-enabled offeringsLead full sales cycles from prospecting through close, targeting senior finance and treasury leadersSell integrated solutions spanning cards, payment rails (ACH, wires, RTP), and revolving or transactional lines of creditStructure financially sound deals, including pricing, credit terms, utilization models, and revenue projectionsPartner with Credit, Risk, Product, and Operations to close complex transactions and manage the client relationship end-to-endBuild and manage a high-quality pipeline, forecast accurately, and consistently exceed revenue targetsServe as a trusted advisor by understanding client financials (P&L, cash flow, liquidity) and delivering ROI-driven solutionsIdentify opportunities to incorporate Working Capital, Lending, Expense Management, and other Bank solutions into payments dealsLead client presentations, RFP responses, and executive-level negotiationsMonitor portfolio performance and provide insights to Product and leadership based on client demand and market trendsDevelop a scalable payments playbook to expand opportunities across the Pitney Bowes enterpriseYou bring:5+ years of experience in the payments and logistics industry, with specific knowledge of 3PL and Brand/Ecommerce industryA proven track record selling card programs, payments technology, and credit or lending solutionsStrong understanding of commercial credit fundamentals, financial statements, and cash-flow analysisExperience structuring deals that combine payments revenue with credit utilization and risk considerationsDeep knowledge of payment rails, card economics, and pricing modelsAbility to sell in complex, multi-stakeholder, multi-product environmentsPreferred:Background in commercial banking, fintech, or enterprise payments platformsExperience selling to middle-market and enterprise clientsFamiliarity with ERP, treasury, and expense management platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, Coupa)Experience carrying a quota and managing long, consultative sales cyclesKnowledge of shipping, logistics, or e-commerce industriesSuccess looks like:Meeting or exceeding annual revenue and growth targetsGrowth in card spend, payment volumes, and credit utilizationStrong pipeline quality, close rates, and forecast accuracyHigh client adoption and expansion across payments and credit solutionsDeep, durable client relationships and strong retentionCompensation:The wage range for this position is $140,000-$175,000 per year. Actual compensation will be based on skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. This position is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus.Location:This is a hybrid role, with travel to Shelton CT and/or Salt Lake City UT on an as needed basis.
