Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active or eligible state licensure as required by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
• Experience with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of students with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing speech and language goals
• Provide direct therapeutic interventions and monitor student progress
• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of services and improvements
• Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and families for coordinated care
• Educate and empower families to support progress outside therapy sessions
