About The Client

Our client i s an innovative technology company that develops antimicrobial lighting designed to continuously reduce germs in indoor environments. Unlike traditional cleaning methods that only work for a short period of time, this client's lighting technology provides an ongoing layer of antimicrobial protection while also functioning as normal overhead lighting. 

The Opportunity

As a Outside Sales Representative , you will be responsible for developing and growing relationships with pharmaceutical and life sciences manufacturers where  technology can provide value. This is a consultative B2B sales role involving prospecting, relationship development, technical discovery, solution development, proposals, and long-term account expansion.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop relationships while building and managing a pipeline of new business opportunities
• Identify key decision-makers across teams and conduct consultative discovery 
• Present technology and value proposition to prospective customers
• Develop relationships with multiple stakeholders within large enterprise accounts
• Maintain accurate opportunity and activity information in CRM
• Expand successful customer relationships across additional manufacturing facilities and locations
• Consistently build pipeline and work toward sales and revenue goals

What We're Looking For

• B2B sales experience preferred
• Proven ability to prospect and develop relationships
• Strong consultative selling and presentation skills
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using a CRM; HubSpot experience is a plus
• Reliable and personal transportation
