Coronado Stone Products has been the leader in manufactured stone for 60 years. We manufacture and distribute our high-quality stone products throughout the US.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Pueblo, CO. This role is critical to ensuring smooth daily office functions, supporting HR processes, and handling light accounting responsibilities.

We are looking for a proactive, dependable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage invoicing accurately and timely
• Perform light accounting duties, including accounts payable/receivable support, expense tracking, and assisting with reconciliations
• Handle purchasing functions, including placing orders, tracking shipments, and maintaining vendor relationships
• Support HR processes, including onboarding paperwork, employee file maintenance, E-Verify and I-9 compliance
• Assist with Workers Compensation reporting and follow-up
• Support payroll functions, including timekeeping review and payroll-related tasks
• Maintain organized records and filing systems
• Ensure efficient day-to-day office operations
• Serve as a point of contact for vendors and internal staff
• Assist management with administrative projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of administrative or office management experience
• Light accounting experience required (AP/AR experience strongly preferred)
• HR support experience required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
