Retreats range from half-day to three full days, and cover topics ranging from a young person’s relationship with God, seeing God in their everyday life, learning about God’s love for all, team building, leadership skills, and more. Retreat programs also develop young peoples’ personal identity awareness, relationships with peers, and confidence in themselves. By leading games and ice-breakers, delivering personal witness talks, guiding small group discussions, and building relationships with students on retreat, the Retreat Coordinator has a critical role in the success of the retreat program of La Salle Manor.
