Job Description:
- The Technical Support Representative (TSR) delivers multi-channel customer
- Service and technical troubleshooting from a remote workspace.
- Handling phone, live chat, and web tickets, this role focuses on resolving user access issues, guiding product installation, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Multi-Channel Support: Handle incoming calls, chats, and web tickets efficiently from home.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Solve network connectivity, software downloads, and installation issues.
- Account Maintenance: Assist users with login problems and password resets.
- Product Guidance: Provide clear instructions on basic product navigation and features.
- Ticket Logging: Document detailed logs for every interaction to track query trends.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 0-1 year in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- OS Knowledge: Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems and basic networking principles.
- Software Skills: Experience with database navigation and Microsoft Office Applications.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills. xhyhwjd
