Job description:

• Project Nova is a multi-year platform transformation program with Evernorth, building a new cloud-native pharmacy benefit management platform while re-implementing and migrating existing PBM capability and client business in waves.
• Client leads Program Management and Governance, Integrated Delivery Management, and Operating Model and Readiness through an Orchestration Hub that coordinates two delivery arms, capability build and integration/re-implementation, across roughly 16 functional workstreams.

Required skills:

• Integration Architecture, Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM), Integration Architecture Blueprint Design, and Integration Architecture Security.
• Candidates should possess at least 8 years of experience in each of the required skill areas.
• Preferred qualifications include additional expertise in Integration Architecture, Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM), Integration Architecture Blueprint Design, and Integration Architecture Security.

Responsibilities:

• As an Integration Architect, you will be responsible for architecting an end-to-end integration solution.
• Your day-to-day activities will include driving client discussions to define integration requirements and translating business needs into technology solutions.
• This involves mapping business processes to support applications, defining data entities, selecting integration technology components and patterns, and designing the overall integration architecture.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
• Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams is a critical part of this role.
• Expert proficiency in Integration Architecture Estimating is required.
• Expert proficiency in Integration Architecture Security is recommended.
• Expert proficiency in Integration Architecture Blueprint & Design Solutions is suggested.
• Lead the development and refinement of integration strategies that align with business objectives and technology standards.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure integration solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements.

• The work location is Boston, Massachusetts, with remote work options available.
• This role can be performed remotely.
• No vaccination requirement applies to this position.
• Candidates do not need to be local, as remote work is permitted.
• Travel expenses will be covered by the client, and CX resources may be required to travel as needed.
• Prior experience in the Healthcare industry is required.
