Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Furniture Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and can help customers find furniture that fits their style, needs, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional shopping experience.
• Assist customers in selecting furniture based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Explain product features, pricing, financing options, warranties, and promotions.
• Maintain knowledge of furniture products, materials, styles, and current promotions.
• Build relationships with customers and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Maintain an organized and clean sales floor.
• Assist with merchandise displays and keeping products properly tagged and presented.
• Process sales accurately and complete required paperwork.
• Work with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure orders are prepared correctly.
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable talking with customers and recommending products.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to stand and walk around the showroom for extended periods
