Scrub experience for cardiac, thoracic, and vascular and circulate required. Shift: 4x10s, 2030-0700. Years of experience required: 2 years; will consider 1 year if in a Level 1 trauma facility. First-timers accepted if more than 2 years experience in a Level 1 trauma facility. Weekends required per call policy. Certifications required: BLS. On-call required: No for night shift agency staff. Will float within scope to meet facility needs. Open to accommodating block schedule: No. Locals accepted: No. Local radius rule: Home address must be at least 75 miles from facility. Pending license accepted: Yes. RTO restrictions: None. Guaranteed hours: Special requirements: BSN preferred. Cardiac and thoracic cases primarily, vascular (open and endovascular procedures), transplant (liver, kidney, pancreas), Whipples (pancreatic procedures). Start times: 0630, 0800, 0900, 1100, 2300; rotating shift times M-F. Maybe holidays- discussed in advance. Type of facility: Short term acute care teaching/Level 1 trauma. Total staffed beds: 1266.
