Tues-Sat 1am-7am

Sat 7pm-7am/Sun 11pm-7am

Position Summary:

Join our team as a Front Desk Security Officer at Colonial Security Services. As a Front Desk Security Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of our residents while providing excellent customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are dedicated to maintaining a secure and welcoming environment in a high-end residential setting.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Greet residents and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with resident needs.
• Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor to enhance the overall resident experience.

Security:

• Monitor and control access to the property, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
• Conduct regular patrols of common areas to deter and detect security issues.
  • All patrols will be documented using a mobile device
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
• Create daily logs and incident reports

Package Management:

• Receive and scan incoming packages, ensuring accurate tracking and delivery to residents.
• Effectively manage package storage and distribution, maintaining a secure and organized system.

Qualifications:

• Security experience is preferred
• Proven experience in customer service and security roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with package management systems and security protocols.
• Knowledge of the local area and amenities is a plus.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
