What You’ll Do As a Retail Associate, you’ll be the face of Hello Adorn in our flagship store, helping customers discover pieces they’ll love and remember. You’ll support daily operations, drive sales, and contribute to a warm, welcoming store culture. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with shoppers and repeat customers Manage transactions and returns using our POS system with accuracy and care Package purchases to brand standards and ensure every customer leaves delighted Offer personalized product recommendations and suggest thoughtful add-ons Support jewelry repairs and ensure timely turnaround for customers Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards Stay informed on new product launches, promotions, and in‑store events Learn and execute the Endless Bracelet process Assist with inventory receiving, restocking, and display accuracy Schedule This is a part‑time, in‑person role based in our retail store. You’ll work typically Wednesday‑Friday 10AM‑5PM and occasional Saturdays 9:45AM‑6:30PM. Requirements What You Bring Required: 1+ years of customer service experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills A customer‑first mindset and a collaborative spirit Preferred: Retail experience, especially in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands Familiarity with POS systems Interest or experience in jewelry making Skills Ability to make personalized product recommendations Passion for learning and sharing product knowledge Excellent verbal and written communication High attention to detail and pride in presentation Comfort with technology and POS operations #J-18808-Ljbffr Hello Adorn LLC
