Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Schedule: Mon - Fri | 8am - 5pm (No Weekends/On-Call Requirements)

Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic

Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and motivated Physical Therapists for two full-time opportunities within a well-established outpatient orthopedic clinic. Whether you are a new graduate seeking mentorship or an experienced clinician ready to step into leadership, this organization offers an excellent environment focused on professional development, evidence-based care, and long-term career growth.

This outpatient practice has been serving the community for over 30 years and is recognized for its collaborative culture, strong clinical reputation, and patient-centered approach to rehabilitation.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree

• Active California Physical Therapy license or eligibility

• Leadership or supervisory experience (for Clinical Director role)

• Interest or experience in TMJ and vestibular rehabilitation
