Overview Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified, passionate Care Coordinator/Therapy Technician to join the team at our new Englewood location in New Jersey. Care Coordinators are responsible for supporting patient care by making our patients feel welcomed and valued whilst also controlling the flow of the appointment. They respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24 hours. Care Coordinators guide patients through the out-of-network experience and greet all patients entering the clinic with a smile, executing 5-star customer service. Therapy Technicians support patient care by preparing treatment areas, gathering equipment and materials, and performing procedures under the direct supervision of a Physical or Occupational Therapist.
