Guide business growth initiatives by strengthening client relationships, expanding market opportunities, and monitoring performance against established goals. Provide oversight of commercial lending activities, including credit quality, portfolio performance, risk evaluation, and adherence to internal standards. Partner with executive leadership to develop regional strategies, establish financial objectives, and support long-term organizational growth. Promote consistent operational practices that align with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and service expectations. Coach and mentor leadership teams by establishing clear performance expectations, providing ongoing development, and fostering accountability.
