Description Team Fishel, the Best Choice in Utility Construction, is hiring Directional Drill Operators / Locators for our Richmond, VA operation.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for operating directional bore equipment for underground utility construction
- Assisting foreman and/or supervisors with all duties
- Operating trenchers, plows, backhoes, and bobcats, tampers, jackhammers, drills, and saws when needed
- Work in the field with the crews completing work
- Holding a valid and current Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is highly preferred
- Meet all DOT requirements (physical and drug testing)
- Must have previous knowledge and experience of underground utility installations
- Ideal candidates will have the ability to read and interpret blueprints and follow job specifications and orders
- Ability to communicate with Teammates
- Willingness to work and follow directions
- Willingness to travel a plus
