Job Description Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial and industrial plumbing and HVAC construction projects Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents Perform detailed quantity takeoffs using estimating software and Microsoft Excel Solicit, analyze, and compare vendor and subcontractor pricing Develop competitive bid proposals and assist with final submissions Collaborate with project managers, operations teams, and field personnel throughout the estimating process Participate in estimating strategy meetings and bid‑day activities Help identify project risks, opportunities, and value‑engineering solutions Maintain organized estimating documentation and bid records Qualifications 1+ years of commercial or industrial plumbing or HVAC estimating experience Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Experience performing quantity takeoffs and preparing estimates Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills Team‑oriented with excellent attention to detail Experience with estimating software is a plus Why You Will Love Working Here You’ll join a collaborative team where your contributions matter and your career can continue to grow.
