Strategic Product Ops Lead

Morpheus is partnered with a leader in creative human data and GenAI training to find exceptional operators for this role. Our client is building the infrastructure that teaches AI models what great looks like in subjective domains, starting with design. Quality in these areas is real, measurable, and worth investing in. This role is for operators, not coordinators. You’ll own data development projects end to end: scoping, expert staffing, quality routing, partner delivery, and margin. The person who scopes the work delivers it. Ownership doesn’t rotate. You’ll sit between three groups that don’t naturally talk to each other: the lab researcher who needs the data, the experts producing it, and the internal team building the infrastructure. Your job is to make all three feel like they’re working on the same thing. You might be coming from: TPM or program leadership at a frontier lab or hard-tech company Forward deployed engineering, solutions architecture, or deployment strategy Biz ops, strategy and ops, or chief of staff at a scaling AI company Enterprise SaaS implementation or customer success with real ownership Production leadership at a design-first agency or content studio Human data and AI services, specifically LLM training, RLHF, red teaming, evaluation programs, or enterprise AI strategy What we’re not looking for: candidates whose experience is primarily in commodity annotation: bounding boxes, classification, transcription, content moderation, or crowdsourcing production. The bar is enterprise AI value, not annotation volume.
