You will partner closely with IT and finance stakeholders to streamline forecasting workflows and provide technical support, training, and best practices. This role is Hybrid (San Jose, CA).Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamMaintain and optimize planning models (IBM Planning Analytics/TM1) and related data processesSupport forecasting processes, data validation, and consolidation for weekly outlooks, quarterly re-forecasts, and annual operating plansCoordinate cross-functional, multi-stakeholder teams through data consolidations and reconciliation of inbound/outbound data sources and dashboardsProvide technical support and training to finance end-users; create custom reports and dashboardsServe as a data quality steward by establishing policies and procedures to ensure completeness and accuracy across forecasting models and input formsCollaborate with developers and architects to simplify workflows, automate tasks, and design new capabilitiesAct as a subject matter expert on special FP&A transformation projectsHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This RoleBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related fieldExperience with planning tools such as Hyperion Planning or IBM Planning Analytics/TM1Strong Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW), DBRW, and Excel skillsExperience with financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and consolidation processesStrong problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholdersHere's What Else Might Help You OutPowerBI skillsPay Range$39.04 - $48.80/hourReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
