Key Responsibilities
- Effectively run shifts to ensure great food quality and excellent guest service
- Serve as a positive role model, coach, and mentor to develop a high-performing team
- Maintain compliance with operational and food safety standards
Qualifications
- Demonstrated passion and strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- A genuine, enthusiastic, and smiling personality
- 1-2 years of restaurant experience preferred
