Hematology-Oncology Clinical Pharmacist

JobRx, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist Hematology Oncology responsible for optimal drug therapy and management of the pharmacy within the Oncology Infusion Center and Hematology Oncology unit. The role includes verifying prescriptions, educating patients on medications, and supervising pharmacy staff. Candidates must have a BS in Pharmacy, a State of Connecticut license, and BLS certification. Additional certifications and residency experiences are preferred.
