Account Manager

Minimum starting hourly rate: $18.06 - $21.25 per hour. Position Summary When you join our team, you’ll have the chance to grow quickly within the company. 99% of our Store Managers, District Managers, and Regional Vice Presidents were promoted from within and began their careers in the Account Manager role. This dynamic position manages rental accounts by delivering exceptional customer service, selling new products, driving account performance, completing deliveries and pickups, maintaining store standards, and conducting early‑stage collections. It supports sales growth and account health by building strong customer relationships while adhering to the RAC mission statement and core values.
