International Shipping Coordinator

Position Overview International Shipping Coordinator – Capital Blvd site, Raleigh, NC (moving to Youngsville, NC in Summer2026). Hourly rate: $20 per hour. Core hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm. Ensure accuracy of transaction documents for incoming and outgoing material. Evaluate shipments for adherence to all state, federal, and global restrictions. Serve as the team’s SAP resource manager system expert. Schedule transportation for truckload and less‑than‑truckload shipments. Assist the department with loading/unloading trucks, scanning, and tagging as needed. Adhere to environmental, health, and safety rules and regulations. Provide process and safety improvement ideas. Use the principles of 5S+ to keep the work area clean and organized. Operate forklifts, perform daily inspection checklists, and maintain 5S+ housekeeping duties. Qualifications Minimum two years of experience in a logistics or warehouse environment, including order selection, packing, and receiving processes. High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution. Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. Must live within a 50‑mile radius of the Raleigh site (excluding active‑duty military members). Preferred Qualifications Experience using SAP or another warehouse management system. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic working knowledge of computers. Position Criteria Follow procedures and written instructions. Read and interpret standard operating procedures. Work daily or on weekend overtime; flexible to different areas or local plants as needed. Lifting up to 50 lbs. Stand and bend frequently.
