The objective for participants is to learn the commercial real estate sales process through the company’s innovations and technology platforms. Tech Stack: Not specified What You’ll Actually Do Marketing: Learn how to utilize marketing strategies to increase the total number of customers and profitable revenue per existing customer. Sales Activity: Observe and learn sales and marketing activities including direct and channel selling, telemarketing, lead generation, participation in trade organizations, and cold calling. Revenue Understanding: Acquire a basic understanding of revenue responsibilities, including the process for reaching sales quotas. Client Strategy: Develop skills to identify, qualify, develop, and execute strategies in target accounts and for the introduction of new products or services. Relationship Building: Acquire skills to identify and establish relationships within critical market segments and maintain regular contact with a large database of clients and prospects. The Must-Haves Background: Rising college juniors or seniors graduating between December 2026 and June 2027, currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field. Experience: Student-level position with a willingness to learn within a training program.
