Reporting to the EUV Supervisor, this role ensures compliance with occupational safety standards and supports safe work practices across customer sites and service operations.### Responsibilities* Conduct hazard assessments and risk analyses for field service activities and training programs.* Support and facilitate safety initiatives related to electrical safety, hazardous energy control, fall protection, and laser safety.* Provide EHS support for installation and service projects, including safe work procedures and on-site safety guidance.* Manage contractor safety compliance systems and customer-required safety programs.* Track and report safety incidents, near misses, and performance metrics.* Develop and deliver safety training and maintain LMS records.* Audit key safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance.* Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and field personnel to support service operations.* Utilize SIS, SAP, Quentic, and related systems for reporting and case management.* Travel extensively (up to 100%) throughout North America, Europe, and Asia as required.### Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.* 3+ years of occupational safety experience in industrial, manufacturing, construction, or technical service environments.* Experience working with NFPA 70E standards and OSHA regulations.* Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.* Ability to work independently and in team environments.* Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.TRUMPF Inc. endeavors to make TRUMPF careers pages accessible to any and all users.
